How to join
Georeferencing should be done by a qualified technician for free. It is possible to become a qualified technician if you have the qualifications* required by Law.
You can also find solicitors qualified to make a georeferenced graphic representation. This service has a cost supported by the citizen and its fee is defined by each solicitor.

*Technical qualifications
1 – Public entities preferentially use their own resources to prepare the georeferenced graphic representation and presentation in BUPi.
2 – Interested parties and public entities use entities and technicians:
a) Qualified under the terms of the Land Registry Regulation, approved by Decree-Law No. 172/95, of July 18th;
b) Qualified under the terms of Law no. 3/2015, of January 9th, and complementary diplomas;
c) Com cursos tecnológicos de nível secundário de educação, regulados pela Portaria n.º 550-A/2004, de 21 de maio, alterada pelas With secondary education technological courses, regulated by Decree 550-A / 2004, of May 25th, amended by Decrees 260/2006, of March 14th, and 207/2008, of February 25th, or higher qualification in the areas of architecture, geographic sciences, legal sciences, engineering, territorial planning and topography.
2 – Interested parties and public entities use entities and technicians:
a) Qualified under the terms of the Land Registry Regulation, approved by Decree-Law No. 172/95, of July 18th;
b) Qualified under the terms of Law no. 3/2015, of January 9th, and complementary diplomas;
