- Citizen Card (Portuguese national ID card) or Identity Card and Tax Number
- Tax Authority Land Certificate ( you can check it online here )
If you are the owner or co-owner by court decision:

- If your municipality is covered by BUPi: Georeferenced Graphic Representation (RGG), which is the identification of your land
- If your municipality is not covered by BUPi: Property’s Geometric Configuration (CGP)
- Citizen Card (Portuguese national ID card) or Identity Card and Tax Number
The documents required for land registration depend on your specific case. However, this is the documentation you will need to present after identifying the property through BUPi:

Accessing the platform
To access the BUPi platform, you just need to authenticate using one of the following methods:
- Digital Mobile Key, linked phone number and respective PIN ( learn more about Digital Mobile Key here )
- Citizen Card (Portuguese national ID card) and PIN (this method requires a card reader and a plugin installed on your computer)
