What is it for?

The BUPi platform allows you to carry out the identification process for your rural and mixed-use land online.

You’ll also be able to track the status of your ongoing processes.

Use of the platform is completely free of charge.

What do I need before I start?

To identify your land on the BUPi platform, you should either be able to locate your property on the digital map (available within the platform) or already have a file with that information.

You may also use the deduction feature available at BUPi Desks, which uses available data — such as neighbouring properties — to help you determine where your land might be located.

Learn everything you need to prepare in the preparation manual we’ve created for you:

Documentation

The documents required to identify your land vary depending on your situation — whether you are the owner, heir, or acquiring a new property, for example.

Visit the documentation page to find out what you need.

Registering on the platform

To register on the BUPi platform, you only need to use your Digital Mobile Key. Alternatively, you may use your Citizen Card (Portuguese national ID card) and PIN — in this case, a card reader and the appropriate plugin installed on your computer will be required.
