If your property is located in a municipality with land registry system, the georeferencing of your land is done by DGT (Direção-Geral do Território) by vectoring the existing cadastral elements. However, it also benefits from the free regime that is in force for a period of 4 years from the date of entry into force of Law No. 65/2019 – until August 23th of 2023.
